These are proposed founding-access plans for product validation, not a binding public offer. Taxes, usage overages, implementation, and enterprise deployment are excluded.
Pricing principles
AI products fail when pricing ignores variable model and workflow costs. The goal is predictable baseline value with visible usage controls rather than surprise bills.
Inviting a reviewer, client, approver, or occasional teammate should not create a new licensing debate.
AI tokens, automation execution, storage, OCR, communications, and dedicated infrastructure have real variable costs.
Administrators should see forecasts, budgets, alerts, and model-level spend before limits are exceeded.
Customers should be able to export records and attachments without paying a punitive migration fee.
Pricing questions
The figures on this site are validation assumptions and can change before a binding public offer is published.
The proposed launch model is workspace- and usage-based with unlimited members. AI consumption, automation volume, storage, and enterprise deployment requirements are the main variable cost drivers.
Data portability is a product principle. The production platform should provide structured exports, documented APIs, webhooks, and clear retention and deletion controls.
The production design should support hard limits, warnings, administrator approval, prepaid credits, and model restrictions. Silent unlimited overage is not the intended default.
Standard self-serve onboarding can be included in plans. Data migration, custom integrations, dedicated deployment, security review, and process design may require a separate implementation scope.
