Website terms
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Website purpose
This website describes an early product concept and invites product-research and founding-access inquiries. It is not a guarantee that every described capability, price, integration, release date, security control, or deployment option will become available.
2. No binding product offer
Proposed plans and prices are validation assumptions. A binding subscription begins only through a separate written or electronic agreement that identifies the product, fees, term, service levels, data terms, and applicable policies.
3. Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
Website copy, product concepts, visual design, and code may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Confirm ownership assignments for every contributor and contractor.
5. Third-party links and services
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not create a warranty or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided for general information and product research. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Liability and disputes
Do not publish a limitation-of-liability or governing-law clause until the legal entity, customer markets, and enforceability requirements are confirmed by counsel.
8. Contact
Questions may be sent to legal@runlium.cloud.
