Privacy notice
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Scope
This notice describes how Runlium intends to handle personal information collected through this launch website, including founding-access and contact requests. It does not describe the future production application until that application and its data practices are defined.
2. Information submitted by visitors
The contact form may collect a name, work email, company, team size, message, consent selection, technical request data, and any information voluntarily included in the message.
3. Purpose
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, conduct product research, assess founding-access fit, improve positioning and design, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Do not add unrelated marketing uses without updating the notice and consent experience.
4. Service providers
Before launch, list every hosting, analytics, email, CRM, form, monitoring, and security provider that receives personal information. Execute appropriate agreements and document international data transfers where required.
5. Retention
Define a retention period for unqualified inquiries, active product-research relationships, suppression records, security logs, and legal records. Build deletion and access procedures before making promises to visitors.
6. Rights and requests
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or receive a copy of their personal information. Direct requests to privacy@runlium.cloud after the responsible legal entity and response process are confirmed.
7. Security
Use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the launch website. No internet service is completely secure, and this notice should not promise absolute security.
8. Changes
Update the effective date and maintain a clear change history when data practices, vendors, tracking, or product scope changes.
